The four subprocesses
Scope and Request – confirm the case scope and geo rules, check the route, then build and send the controlled geolocation data request.
Receive and Validate – receive and log source data, run completeness and validity checks, review supporting documents and approve the geo record.
Link and Screen – link the geo record to the case, complete the links, run the geolocation screen, escalate material risk and record the screen result.
Release Pack and Review – build and complete the geo pack, share or hold the output, archive the record, amend where needed and capture feedback.
