Need to Deploy EUDR at Speed?
This procedure shows how, step by step.
Why This Matters Now
The EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and traders, and from 30 June 2027 for micro and small enterprises.
Most organisations already know what the regulation requires. The harder question is how to put it into practice across procurement, sustainability, legal, IT and the supply chain, and then keep it current as amendments, implementing acts, guidance and FAQs continue to arrive.
This procedure answers that question.
How It Works

1. Assess and Plan
Confirm your scope, form a Deployment Steering Committee, assess your current capability and set a deployment baseline. The Steering Committee approves the plan before any design work begins.
2. Design and Tailor
Adapt the procedures to your organisation, roles and systems. Each procedure is reviewed, approved and issued through your own document control.
3. Deploy and Embed
Train, communicate, run a controlled go-live and check people readiness. The Steering Committee takes the go-live decision.
4. Maintain and Re-align
Monitor regulatory change, classify each change as routine or material, and re-issue procedures under version control. Routine changes are handled by the Framework Owner. Material changes return to the Steering Committee.
What Is Inside
32 defined steps across four subprocesses, each with inputs, outputs, roles and decision points
Deployment Steering Committee gates at every point where a material decision is made
A built-in Change and Communication Plan:
stakeholder grid;
change impact assessment;
communication calendar;
change champions.
A people readiness check scored across Awareness, Acceptance, Capability, Capacity and Support
A mapping guide that links your existing processes to the Atoxor EUDR Process Classification Framework
Templates for:
the deployment baseline;
change classification;
re-issue records;
version control.
A regulatory change routine for keeping the framework aligned to the latest EUDR position
Who Is It For
Operations, transformation and compliance leads who own EUDR delivery
Operators and traders placing relevant commodities and products on the EU market, or exporting them from it
Advisers supporting clients through EUDR deployment
