Approach
Our approach is based on the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Lean Six Sigma is a customer driven approach based on the principle of eliminating activities that do not create value for the customer or the business. The Lean Six Sigma approach uses the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control):

Measure - collecting data on the problem
Analyse - what does the data tell us about the root causes
